PhoenixET Welcomes Ryan Adelman, Kisha Christal, and Neil Young to the Team

We are proud to announce the addition of three energy industry experts to our leadership team as we focus on developing partnerships and alliances with utility providers and regulators. We welcome Ryan Adelman as VP of Corporate Business Development, Neil Young as Customer Experience Manager, and Kisha Christal as Sales Director.

ryan_adelman_2020Ryan Adelman is a commercial leader with over 15-years of experience building businesses in the distributed energy and energy data services markets. Ryan’s passion lies in the intersection of smart buildings, evolving distributed energy resources, and electricity grids. Ryan has been consulting with us since early 2019 and has been instrumental in our plans to develop relationships with utility providers and regulators on behalf of customers.

In his free time, Ryan is an avid cyclist, purveyor of green space and outdoor adventure, and is a father of two. He also hosts the Marin Energy & Transportation Group and related networking and thought leader events in Marin County, CA.

neil_young_2020Neil Young joins Phoenix Energy Technologies as an energy expert, building creative solutions to meet customers’ energy challenges. Neil specializing in helping multi-site customers with energy management system monitoring and strategies to reduce kWh, kW, and cost. 

Neil will manage a group of customers as we grow and will support to expand the company’s portfolio of large retailers’ participation in demand management initiatives. 

Prior to joining Phoenix Energy Technologies, Neil spent seven years at Schneider Electric, and eight years at Coleman | Hines prior to its acquisition by Schneider Electric.

kisha_christal_sales_directorKisha Christal’s extensive career in energy in one of the most expensive and regulated markets brings to Phoenix the understanding of complex energy demands of multi-location national or global enterprises together with the needs of utilities to manage and stabilize grid systems. 

Kisha’s impressive background includes long-tenured roles assisting municipalities, IOU’s and school districts attain their carbon reduction goals. Most recently, Kisha was the Vice President, Sales at Ecology Actions, where she helped national brands build a business case for energy projects that resulted in large-scale deployments.
