Ryan Adelman, Vice President, Corporate Business Development: Ryan is a commercial leader with over 15-years of experience building businesses in the distributed energy and energy data services markets. Ryan’s passion lies in the intersection of smart buildings, evolving distributed energy resources, and electricity grids.
Ryan brings experience in working with companies serving commercial and industrial customers with energy data analytics and IoT-enabled applications like predictive maintenance, connected consumer, and smart warehouses. Before helping energy technology companies helping build partnerships, scale operations, and raise capital, Ryan worked with industry heavyweights such as Siemens and Centrica along with innovative startups like Axiom Exergy.
Neil Young, CEM, Customer Experience Manager: Neil joins Phoenix Energy Technologies as an energy expert, building creative solutions to meet customers’ energy challenges. Specializing in utility supply-side & energy efficiency demand-side strategies, facilities, and energy management systems, Neil will manage a group of customers as we grow and will support to expand the company’s portfolio of large retailers’ participation in demand management initiatives.
Prior to joining Phoenix Energy Technologies, Neil spent seven years at Schneider Electric, and eight years at Coleman | Hines prior to its acquisition by Schneider Electric.
Kisha Christal, Sales Director: Kisha’s extensive career in energy in one of the most expensive and regulated markets brings to Phoenix the understanding of complex energy demands of multi-location national or global enterprises together with the needs of utilities to manage and stabilize grid systems.
Kisha’s impressive background includes long-tenured roles assisting municipalities, IOU’s and school districts attain their carbon reduction goals. Most recently, Kisha was the Vice President, Sales at Ecology Actions, where she helped national brands build a business case for energy projects that resulted in large-scale deployments.
