Phoenix Energy Technologies a Finalist for 21st OC Tech Alliance High-Tech Innovation Awards for Energy Management Software

Irvine, California, August 12, 2014 - Phoenix Energy Technologies, a strategic partner and leading provider of Enterprise Energy Management software and services has been named as a finalist in the Enterprise Software Category of the Orange County Technology Alliance annual High-Tech Innovation Awards for its energy management software, EnterpriseDX®.

EnterpriseDX®, a software-based energy monitoring platform, is the core of the Phoenix Energy Technologies solution. The IP-based connectivity solution securely connects to all of a customer’s locations, by integrating with existing building management systems, over a single web application (without having to install additional hardware), facilitating enterprise wide data capture for existing hardware systems regardless of manufacturer.

“We are honored to have been selected as a finalist in this year’s awards,” said Lisa Varga, CEO of Phoenix Energy Technologies. “The High-Tech Innovation Awards from the OC Tech Alliance is a Southern California tradition for recognizing technology innovation.  We believe EnterpriseDX® represents a game changing integration and data play that has never been done before at this scale, which is one of the reasons we have been recognized by OC Tech Alliance, as well as the customers in our industry.”

“We received many outstanding nominations this year, from companies all over Orange County including large well-established firms to start-ups,” said Peter Craig, CEO, OC Tech Alliance.  “We congratulate Phoenix Energy Technologies for being selected as a finalist. This selection demonstrates an example of the many companies that drive technology innovation here, across the country and around the world.”

Now in its 21st year, the High-Tech Innovation Awards is Southern California’s premier awards program event celebrating achievement among the regional tech industry. OC Tech Alliance will celebrate educators and students for their innovative use of science, math and technology in the classroom and the community in partnership with Project Tomorrow.
