We're at Connex 2021!

Today is the last day to see us at booth #1032!  We are having a great time and it's wonderful to be back on the conference room floor after nearly two years away. 

Here's a quick recap of yesterday's events.

CEO, Bill Yanek, gave the State of the Union address with a spirit of gratitude for the Connex chair and team for their hard work during the pandemic and pivoting to make Connex 2021 happen.

He shared the road ahead and what they have learned during this challenging time.  They are pivoting to make Connex more accessible for face-to-face meetings and not rely too heavily on large events.  By being more mobile and flexible with many different events they are creating more opportunities for face to face connections.

Keynote speaker: Simon Bailey - "Organizational Spark"

He spoke on how to move from the customer experience to the human experience. There are many touch points your customer has and we need to think about how we can be the spark at each moment by creating a deeper connection. 

Takeaways from his talk:

• People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
• Stop selling and start connecting.
• Be the spark to give each other a hand up, not a a hand out, and help each other. Think about the ways you will be a spark at your next opportunity.
