Is Your Building Running a Fever?

Correctly managing buildings is a very difficult task, and not as intuitive a process as some people would like to think. Sometimes the issues that arise are not always black and white. Understanding how building automation systems (BAS') work is important to the equation. Being able to find the perfect balance between comfort and savings is a craft. Although we have "fancy" machines trying to tell us what to do 24/7 and where to best save, some things need to be learned and not automated. 

Like a fever in a flu patient, a hot building is an indicator of how sick the building has become.
