While the developments of 2020 left many of us wondering what was coming next, Phoenix was able to flex new muscles and rise to meet the occasion. There were plenty of challenges and no shortage of changes which we turned into opportunities for our customers. Our goal for the year was to figure out how to help our customers in the most impactful ways possible.
I wanted to share just a few things we did last year that we’re really excited about because it will or has already impacted YOU, our customer:

Managed a myriad of COVID challenges while saving our customers Millions of dollarsTo further support our customers with their Digital Transformations, Phoenix became an official trade ally and partnered with Microsoft as the Energy and Asset IOT analytics layer in Microsoft’s US Smart Buildings Program. Recognizing we had a significant role to play in facilitating demand response participation for our customers, we leveraged our newly launched DM 2.0 along with key partnerships with DR aggregators like Enersponse, Leap, and Voltus to help our customers attain their Demand reduction goals.
4. Deployed Demand Manager 2.0At the end of the day, it’s about helping our customers be successful while saving them time and money along the way.
